We are mothers. We are sisters. We are daughters. We are blue. We are the women of law enforcement.

Women in Blue was founded in 2023 with the goal of providing opportunities to females in law enforcement that encourage growth and a deeper understanding of the profession. Our initial goal is to host our inaugural conference in Little Rock in 2024 which will provide networking and educational opportunities for our attendees. We hope to continue the momentum with more events in the coming years.
